Faculty & StaffLarry Aldred, principal, comes from College View Academy, Nebraska, where he taught for twenty years. He is a graduate of Walla Walla college and has been an educator since 1969. He and his wife, Sue, are blessed with three children and five granddaughters. Nature photography and classic cars are his hobbies. Mr. Aldred began his tenure at Prep in 2006. He can be reached at 965-7273 or laldred@puc.edu. Michael Buller, Prep's P.E. coach, grew up in Angwin and is a Prep alum. He moved out to Texas to play baseball, and it is there he met and eventually married his college sweetheart, Jessica, our Spanish teacher. After graduating from Southwestern Adventist University and moving to Oregon, he taught at Livingstone Adventist Academy for seven years. He enjoys many sports, outdoor activities, historical artifacts and memorabilia, and spending time with his wife. Coach has been teaching at Prep since 2005. She went to Southwestern Adventist University in Texas where she met the love of her life, our coach. Mrs. Buller graduated from Western Oregon University. Her favorite subjects are Bible and Spanish, and she is passionate about Jesus, the Latino/Hispanic Women's and Families' Ministry, learning new things, teaching, tropical music, Michael, her friends and family, anything that smells good, hydrangeas, and flan. Denton teaches social studies and drama and has been at Prep since 1997. She
is a PUC grad, with a BS in Social Studies, and has an SDA standard teaching credential.
Her passions are teaching, learning, her family, her Mini, history, the theatre,
coconuts, swimming in the ocean, Hawaii, music, football, service and God (not
in that order). Contact her at Rosemary Dibben is a Prep alum, and returned to teach English
at Prep in 2004. Previously she was director of the Learning Resource Center at
PUC. Mrs. Dibben has taught English to high school and college students since
1980, and holds a professional denominational teaching credential. She received
her BA in English from PUC, her MA in English Literature from the University of
Tennessee, Chattanooga, and did further study at the University of London. She
enjoys baking, reading, and her family--including a Prep student and a PUC student.

director and the director of development. He is a graduate of University of Texas
at Arlington where he received his masters in music education. Mr. Gilley's favorite
subject in college was Music Theory III (composing), and he is passionate about
being a Christian, travel and sports. Mr. Gilley arrived at Prep in 2003. His

Jones, artist and teacher of art, received her BA from Atlantic Union College,
with further art study done at La Sierra and Pacific Union Colleges. Mrs. Jones
has taught art at Napa College for over 20 years and at Prep since the early 1990's.
As an artist, she is passionate about "finding one's creative side and passion
in life and using all our talents in life to come closer to friends and to God."
E-mail her at Dan Muhic is our physical science, biology, and chemistry teacher. At Prep since 2006, he previously taught at Hawaiian Mission Academy for four years. Mr. Muhic is a PUC graduate, and his specialty is marine biology. He and his wife are the proud parents of a toddler son. Contact him at 965-6753 (Prep office) or on his cell phone: 227-8121. Heather Smith is the registrar and front office receptionist. Previously the secretary to PUC's president, she brings to Prep experience and enthusiasm. Basil Williams became Prep's math and physics teacher in 2004. His previous experience includes twenty years teaching math and sciences on the high school and college levels in Canada. He has a BEd from the University of Alberta, and a MS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, Scrabble, and discussing deep religious issues.
